International Sales Manager – Inbound Tourism

Location:
Oman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic International Sales Executive to join our Destination Management Company. The ideal candidate will focus on bringing inbound tourism business from international markets to Oman, developing strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities from international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and international tourism boards.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Oman as a top-tier travel destination.
  • Represent the company at international travel fairs, exhibitions, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create tailored travel packages for international clients.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and competitiveness.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales in tourism industry prefer at DMC.
  • Strong network of international travel agencies and tour operators.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel internationally for business development.
  • Knowledge of Oman as a travel destination is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
