Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Masqaţ, Oman for a Cost Accountant. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining journal entries, managing cost accounting records, and performing various accounting tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and support informed decision-making within the company.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Accounting and managing cost records
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting)
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage
