Job Duties

  • Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
  • Posting of collected cash on timely manner.
  • Rigorous customers follow ups on overdue accounts.
  • Collection of cheques and bank deposits.
  • Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and reconciliations.
  • Engage management over any AR problems encountered.
  • Initiate collections on past-due accounts
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Maintain full track of Sales invoices, Timely scanning & checking the received invoices.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Management and Line Manager on time-to-time basis.

Qualifications and Experience

  • College /University diploma
  • Three years related experience as Admin/Finance Assistant/Cashier.
  • Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel (required), Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
  • Valid driving license (Preferred)
