Key Retail Position

We are a leading deluxe chocolates manufacturer committed to creating the finest chocolates with a spirit of development and strong synergy throughout the company. We are expanding in the GCC and are seeking Specialist Cashiers to join our branches in Oman.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer transactions, handle cash, credit payments, and verify purchases accurately.
  • Operate POS system proficiently, checking and entering items, processing payments efficiently.
  • Maintain pricing accuracy and ensure sufficient change at all times.
  • Redeem stamps, coupons, and make sales referrals, cross-sell products, introducing new items effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide guidance, and offer relevant information to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Bag items carefully, maintain clean and organized checkout areas, and keep records of transactions accurately.
  • Process returns, check for damaged products, and answer customer inquiries efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience as a cashier is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems are necessary.
