The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the development and execution of bold sales strategies that align with company goals—fueling revenue growth and expanding market share in competitive landscapes.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, cultivating a culture of excellence, motivation, and accountability to consistently exceed targets.
- Forge and nurture strong partnerships with key clients—understanding their needs, solving challenges, and unlocking new opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and competitor moves, turning insights into actionable strategies that open doors to new business.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership, with proven track record in senior sales roles with measurable impact.
- Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Precision-focused with a passion for delivering excellence at every stage.
- Creative thinker with sharp analytical skills.
- Inspires teams, manages projects, and drives results.
