We are seeking an experienced Brand Head
to lead brand strategy, marketing, and growth initiatives in Oman. The ideal candidate will combine strong marketing acumen with solid financial and commercial understanding to drive brand profitability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand and marketing plans for the Oman market.
  • Manage campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and track brand performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and distribution teams for business alignment.
  • Ensure accurate
    budgeting, cost control, and claim management

  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance with local regulations.
  • Key accounts handling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of brand management experience

    3+ years in Oman

  • Strong understanding of Omani consumer trends and retail landscape.
  • Thorough knowledge of finance, budgeting, and trade claim processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and MS Office, data analytics.
