We are scaling quickly and are looking for a marketing leader to build our brand and drive demand throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

The Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Head of Marketing and GTM to architect and execute Orki's comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy across the MENA region. This is a foundational leadership role where you will own the entire marketing funnel and be responsible for the strategic positioning and launch of our products. You will be the voice of Orki in the market, building our brand and generating a high-quality pipeline of leads for both our SME and Enterprise sales teams.

Your mission is to establish Orki as the undisputed leader in conversational AI for businesses across the region, turning our innovative technology into a well-known and respected brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new product features and market expansions, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Own the entire lead generation process, establishing KPIs and delivering a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
  • Own all copywriting and content creation for our core platforms, including the company website and LinkedIn page, to drive our brand narrative and user engagement.
  • Create and manage a rich content calendar that positions Orki as a thought leader, including ideation and development of blog posts, case studies, and white papers.
  • Manage external resources, including freelance designers and marketing agencies, to ensure all content is produced on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
  • Create sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagrs, competitive battle cards) to equip the sales team for success.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance to provide actionable insights and continuously optimize for ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology company with a focus on the MENA market.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing successful Go-to-Market strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience managing creative teams, freelancers, or marketing agencies.
  • A "player-coach" mindset; you are a strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for creating and managing content for our MENA-focused audience.
