Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and branding requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  3. Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote ENG's services.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the signage or advertising industry.
  3. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Knowledge of the Oman market and business landscape is highly desirable.
  9. Previous experience in similar Signage & Metal works & Digital companies is a must for this role.
