In this exciting role as a Server/Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing attentive and efficient service, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional service by greeting and welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and at the right temperature, promoting seamless service and minimizing delays.
  3. Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively to prevent dissatisfaction and ensure a positive experience.
  4. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials, enhancing the dining experience and adding value to the meal.
  5. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions according to established company procedures to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, throughout the shift to create a pleasant environment for guests and promote a positive image of the establishment.
  7. Assist colleagues as needed, demonstrating a team player mentality and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor, allowing for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service, consistently delivering a positive experience for guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business and provide excellent service to guests.
