As a Senior Geoscience Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying a high level of design authority and the expectation of technical expertise, market knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Ensuring that appropriate aspects of systems engineering practices are being applied to projects under their purview
  • Being champions for technical design/development procedures
  • Communicating effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ensuring the development and training needs for their communities are met.
  • Studying the features on and under the surface of the earth including Geology, Geophysics and Geochemistry.
  • Coordinating expertise in one or more engineering and science disciplines across the technology project portfolio, assuring rigor is applied through the design and development processes.
  • Ensuring needed personnel skills and expertise are in place across the organization for the discipline.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Geoscience and Formation Evaluation.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Have strong problem solving skills
