We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  1. Supervise and lead the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  2. Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  3. Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests by maintaining a neat and organized front desk area.
  4. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and concerns.
  5. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Monitor and ensure accurate billing for guest reservations and services.
  7. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of front desk staff.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews for front desk team members.
  9. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  1. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with supervisory or leadership roles.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale software.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Familiarity with hotel policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  7. High level of integrity and professionalism.
  8. Ability to handle guest issues with diplomacy and resolution.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
