Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Designer, based in Muscat. We're looking for a highly creative Event Designer to bring bold ideas to life through innovative event concepts and designs. You will play a key role in shaping visual experiences that leave lasting impressions, from initial brainstorming to polished client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and visual themes for events based on client briefs
  • Design floorplans, stage setups, backdrops, and décor elements
  • Collaborate with clients, production teams, and vendors to ensure accurate execution
  • Create mood boards, 3D renders, and visual presentations
  • Source materials, props, and furniture to match design vision and budget
  • Oversee on-site setup to ensure design consistency and quality
  • Stay up to date with event and design trends

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Event Design, or a related field
  • Proficient in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past event design work
  • Excellent creativity, visualization, and spatial awareness
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
