We are seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to lead and oversee projects in Data Science, Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project profitability, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management & Delivery:
    1. Plan, execute, and oversee Data Science, Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation projects.
    2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
    3. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  2. Costing & Financial Oversight:
    1. Prepare project cost estimations, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
    2. Optimize resources to maximize profitability.
  3. Team Leadership & Management:
    1. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers, data scientists, and transformation consultants.
    2. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
    3. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
  4. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication:
    1. Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and clarify project scope.
    2. Ensure strong client relationships by maintaining clear and professional communication.
    3. Present solutions, progress reports, and key deliverables to stakeholders.
  5. Technical & Strategic Oversight:
    1. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI, ML, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
    2. Drive innovation and recommend cutting-edge solutions to clients.
    3. Ensure best practices in software development, data governance, and transformation methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering projects in the areas of Data Science, Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation.
  3. Strong understanding of budgeting, project costing, and financial planning.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
  5. Hands-on experience with AI/ML, cloud solutions, software development frameworks, and digital transformation tools.
  6. Ability to delegate tasks, manage teams, and ensure smooth workflow.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):

  1. PMP (Project Management Professional)
  2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  3. AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  4. Data Science Professional Certifications (Google, IBM, or Microsoft)
