Your new Company

Hays are currently partnered with a leading private equity firm based in Oman with their search for a Chief Financial Officer.

Your new role

This position will play a pivotal role in defining the company's growth strategy, overseeing the financial operations of the company, analysing new investment opportunities and ensuring implementation and maintenance of financial control.

Key responsibilities include end - to - end oversight of financial management, working closely with the CEO to support with investment strategies, implement accounting policies and procedures and provide insight and recommendations to the business.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, candidates must be qualified finance professionals holding certificates in CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA etc. with a degree in Accounting and Finance Related subjects.

Candidates must have:

  • Experience working in a similar role within an investment holding group.
  • 10+ years' experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Extensive knowledge or application of fundraising and capital allocation.
