Job Description – CRM Solution Architect (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)

·Extensive experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforceor Microsoft Dynamics

·Proven expertise in system design, integration, and customization

·Strong ability to translate complex business needs into effective architectural solutions

·Experience in software architecture, development, or related technical leadership roles.

·Proven experience in designing and building scalable and high-performing platforms/products.

·Deep understanding of security best practices, performance tuning, and DevOps principles.

·Familiarity with various programming languages.

·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams

·Leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset

·Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the platform/product, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.

·Design scalable, reliable, and secure systems that meet both current and future business needs.

·Provide guidance to development teams on the implementation of the architectural design.

·Technology Roadmap- Define and evolve the technology roadmap for the platform/product, ensuring that it supports ongoing innovation and improvement.

·Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for product development.

·Incorporate best practices in security architecture and ensure that products comply with relevant regulations and standards.

·Address security issues and collaborate with the security team to resolve them.
