Senior CRM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs by configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
  • Develop and optimize workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom applications, integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, ERP, and third-party applications
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions by performing data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Ensure CRM solutions are compliant with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements by troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related technical issues and providing support for end-users
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements, guiding junior team members with expertise and mentorship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and business processes
  • Customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs
  • Develop and optimize workflows, plugins, and Power Automate flows
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems and applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
  • Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and security roles
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
