Job Purpose:

The Head of Digital Business supports the bank's digital business strategy, driving digital product development, fostering partnerships, and enhancing customer engagement. He/ She identifies and implements digital business opportunities, develops alliances, and optimizes the bank's digital ecosystem. The Head of Digital Business collaborates with internal teams, fintech partners, and regulatory stakeholders to enhance the bank's digital offerings and customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Meets assigned Digital Business Revenue and Sales Targets set by the bank, ensuring consistent achievement of growth and performance benchmarks.
  • Supports the development and execution of the bank's digital business strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, revenue goals, and sales targets.
  • Identifies, implements, and scales digital business opportunities to drive customer engagement, operational efficiencies, and new revenue streams.
  • Develops and manages sales strategies for digital products and services to maximize revenue generation and meet sales targets.
  • Drives the digitalization of banking services, enhancing customer accessibility and convenience through digital platforms, while contributing to revenue growth.
  • Contributes to the commercialization of digital products and services by optimizing customer acquisition, retention strategies, and cross-sell opportunities to enhance sales and profitability.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights and advanced analytics to refine digital offerings, enhance customer journeys, personalize user experiences, and improve conversion rates to drive sales.
  • Works closely with product, technology, and marketing & communication units and departments to define and implement a competitive digital banking roadmap focused on driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitors industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging financial technologies to anticipate digital disruptions to ensure the bank remains positioned to meet future revenue and sales targets.
  • Identifies, negotiates, and establishes partnerships with FinTech's, payment providers, technology firms, and platform ecosystems to drive digital growth.
  • Leads discussions and proposes structures of joint ventures, co-branded partnerships, and strategic alliances to strengthen the bank's digital market presence.
  • Supports the execution of the bank's partnership roadmap, fostering collaborations to enhance digital business capabilities.
  • Collaborates with regulatory bodies, policymakers, and industry associations to navigate compliance requirements and regulatory developments impacting digital banking.
  • Leads and executes strategic engagement plans to expand digital financial services by integrating with broader digital and financial ecosystems.
  • Leads the development, launch, and lifecycle management of digital banking products and services to ensure continuous innovation.
  • Ensures alignment of digital products with customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
  • Leads the enhancement of digital banking platforms by integrating seamless customer experiences, AI-driven personalization, and omnichannel integration.
  • Drives user-centric product enhancements by leveraging feedback, behavioral analytics, and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborates with technology, UX, and design teams to deliver seamless, engaging, and frictionless digital experiences across all customer touchpoints.
  • Defines key performance indicators and analytics-driven success metrics to measure the impact of digital products, adoption, and revenue contribution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or business related major. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital business, digital product management, fintech partnerships, or related fields is desired.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing digital financial products and services.
  • Clear understanding of digital business models, platform banking, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of financial services, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks in the housing or finance industry.
  • Proven leadership, team management, product management, and cross-sector collaboration exposure.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and retail banking fundamentals.
  • Exposure in leading and executing digital transformation initiatives.
