Project phase:

  • Assist in collecting, formatting, and validating technical data for CMIMS loading, including equipment hierarchy, functional location, equipment data, maintenance plans, BOMs, and spare parts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, EPCC, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure documentation packages are complete and traceable.
  • Support the CMIMS & Spare Parts Lead on MIE (Maintenance and Inspection Engineering) deliverables within your expertise.
  • Follow up with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect and validate technical data from Spare Parts File by main Equipment (SPF-E), Spare Parts List by Equipment (SPL-E), and Spare Parts List by Grouping (SPL-R) for CMIMS loading.
  • Assist in creating and populating spare parts catalogues and BOMs.
  • Ensure all MIE deliverables comply with national legislation, affiliate, and company standards and best practices.

Within an integrated project team, the job holder will:

  • Support data standards and naming conventions implementation in line with company specifications.
  • Contribute to setting up the Documentation Central Center for maintenance documentation.
  • Assist and follow up on loading spare parts data into the CMIMS MM module.
  • Participate in developing digital tools linked with CMIMS (SAP) and DCC (Quantum).
  • Maintain relationships with site personnel, technical teams, contractors, vendors, and engineering.
  • Participate in configuring and deploying CMIMS according to project and corporate standards.
  • Ensure successful data migration and system testing before commissioning.
  • Verify data quality in templates before implementing in CMIMS, including breakdown structures, maintenance & inspection plans, spare parts, and measuring points.
  • Serve as the deputy and focal point for CMIMS.
  • Train maintenance and warehouse personnel on CMIMS usage and spare parts procedures.
  • Participate in setup, testing, and auditing of CMIMS and DCC platforms.

Operation phase:

  • Maintain and update CMIMS records based on maintenance feedback and engineering changes.
  • Manage archiving, retrieval, and version control of maintenance documentation in DCC.
  • Assist in locating and interpreting technical documents.
  • Extract data, generate reports, and KPIs from CMIMS for maintenance and performance monitoring.
  • Support spare parts inventory management, reordering, and stock optimization.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks.
  • Provide user support and training for CMIMS and DCC systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to align spare parts data with CMIMS records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for data quality and workflows.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory levels and procurement requests.
  • Lead initiatives to improve CMIMS functionality and spare parts management.
