ESBAAR is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a proven track record in the Oil & Gas industry. ESBAAR offers innovative Drone and AI solutions to the Oil & Gas sector in Oman and the GCC markets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company's products or services to customers.
  2. Preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders and RFQs.
  3. Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  4. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, and completing sales.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and project management, to gather information and insights for proposal development.
  6. Researching and analyzing client requirements and working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products/services to the market.
  7. Setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
  8. Staying informed about industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies related to Drones and AI Solutions in the Oil & Gas sector.
  9. Engaging in client meetings and presentations to articulate technical solutions and address inquiries.
  10. Developing sales strategies for key vertical market segments.
  11. Delivering company presentations and speeches at industry forums, conferences, and related events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Engineer or in a related position.
  • Proven track record of working in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Previous experience in the drilling sector is a significant advantage.
