Join our Smart Infrastructure Sales Team as a Senior Sales Engineer to help reimagine the world by finding innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and represent sales activities for the service business line, focusing on BMS, Security, Fire, and digital services.
  • Lead and assist service customers in understanding and applying the latest building transformations to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop leads, opportunities, and sell BMS, Fire, Security, and Digital Services to installed base customers in Oman, growing the service business.
  • Coordinate sales and business development activities, building a sales pipeline with the service sales and operations teams.
  • Act as the main contact for all sales and solution activities for the team in Abu Dhabi and advocate digital solution selling.
Your success is grounded in:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Relevant professional certifications.
  • Preferably BMS experience.
  • 5-10 years of relevant sales and business development experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, client management, and project management in a tech environment.
  • Strong exposure to software, digital solutions, and digital technologies.
  • Excellent influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, especially in digital practices.
  • Strong IT, Software, Cloud, IoT experience.
  • Fluent in English, with solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to align portfolio solutions with customer needs.
  • Interest in emerging technologies to enhance customer experience.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Experience with digital product management techniques like analytics and optimization.

  • Experience in Healthcare, Airports, Commercial Real Estate, or Higher Education sectors.
  • Cybersecurity expertise and stakeholder communication skills.
