Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets that align with client objectives and IVENTOM's brand vision. This role encompasses digital, print, environmental, and event branding projects, requiring a strong visual eye, collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver visual content for marketing campaigns, events, social media, presentations, websites, and branded materials.
  2. Translate creative briefs into compelling design solutions across static and motion graphics.
  3. Develop visual identities and branding for new events, products, and clients under IVENTOM.
  4. Create print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure final output quality.
  5. Collaborate closely with the creative team, copywriters, content strategists, and account managers.
  6. Maintain consistency across all visual outputs and enforce brand guidelines for IVENTOM and its clients.
  7. Contribute to concept development, mood boards, and campaign ideas.
  8. Support pitch decks and proposals with well-designed visuals and infographics.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or marketing team.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (branding, layout, social, events, etc.).
  5. Ability to think conceptually and execute visually compelling ideas.
  6. Experience with digital platforms, social media content formats, and basic animation is a plus.
  7. Familiarity with Figma or Canva is a bonus.
  8. Strong attention to detail, layout skills, and typography.
  9. Excellent time management and communication skills.
  10. Arabic language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
