POSITION INFORMATION Division:
Commercial Department: Marketing & Communication
Role Designation: Assistant Graphic Designer
ROLE PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for creating and communicating ideas that inform, inspire, and captivate the customers and stakeholders.
Using computer software or by hand, they create the production design and layout for multiple mediums such as social media, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, and advertisements.
The Graphic Designer will assist with the overall creative needs of Awasr through planning, designing, and collaborating with the marketing team.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating, designing, and delivering printed and digital marketing material for the Department to achieve the overall goal of the Company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Accountabilities
* As part of the design team, develop and produce artwork and advertising, which reflect the identity of AWASR.
* Design & video Management: Campaigns, Events, Digital & Traditional platforms, App & website.
* Collaborate closely with the team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output.
* Lead cross functional design conversations to advocate for the importance of creative quality and consistency.
* Be the creative and brand ambassador to other teams.
* Proactively identify emerging design trends and contribute to robust internal creative conversations.
* Use the design software, including In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Ideation of Brand-led campaigns.
* Create stronger, clearer, and more eye-catching designs by understanding how, why, and when to layout and compose documents.
* Create color palettes, manipulate colors, or troubleshoot in tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
* Use the main tools in a designer's arsenal, typography, and color, to grab attention and set the right mood for your documents.
* Design and manage all marketing collaterals, flyers, posts for all social media channels of Awasr.
* Use key features on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms to showcase your work, share your creative workflow and generally increase your online presence.
* Other Tasks Perform all other tasks and activities as given by the Line Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelors / Master's Degree in Business / Sales / Commercial Management.
* Graduate with 2-3 Years of Experience OR Post-Graduate with 0-1 Years of Experience.
* Extensive technical knowledge of branding systems.
* Expertise in Adobe software: In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects is a must, knowledge of other designing software preferred.
* Familiarity with UI/UX work and component development is a plus.
* Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
Professional Training & Certification Or Membership
* Certificate in Marketing Management
Language Requirements for Role
English mandatory, Arabic mandatory ( both verbal and written).
