Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Khasab. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, and be able to demonstrate success in driving revenue and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel
- Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels such as corporate events, travel agencies, and online platforms
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to create attractive packages and promotions for potential customers
- Meet sales targets and report progress regularly to the management team
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khasab (accommodation not provided)
