We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system integrated with our existing ERP. The candidate will oversee the end-to-end implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational risk management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance, and governance processes. Experience in data migration, system configuration, and user training is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement ERM system, integrate with SAP, and align with business risk processes
  2. Collaborate with IT and business units to configure system functionalities, user access controls, and workflows
  3. Develop and execute data migration plans, ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  4. Conduct user training programs and develop manuals for system users and administrators

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in ERM system implementation, preferably integrated with ERP
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
