The position is responsible for IT Infrastructure, Connectivity, Security Management and Administrations that involve the development and support of information systems and for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks. Deliverables / Key Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities
• Manage information technology and computer systems. Ensuring that the network infrastructure of the company is properly configured, maintained and managed.
• Taking care of all hardware such as PC, printers and associated peripherals, of the company at its head office and other locations so that they are well maintained and trouble free.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Maintaining the server, backing up and recover if necessary all critical files of systems and data in the server.
• Regularly updating the server with updates, coordinating with various agencies in case of licensing, etc.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Preparing, documenting and updating the network of the company.
• Creating, maintaining user id's and creating folders with proper approvals, maintaining user profiles etc. in the server.
• Protecting the information assets from internal and external threats such as viruses etc. Keeping the antivirus programs and data files current.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting any problems relating to software assets of the company.
• Assist Finance Head or his assigned representatives in the implementation and maintenance of any new system, ERP.
• Safe keep and custody of all CD's, license keys, flash drives, floppies or any other storage media, so that they are secure and available to only authorised users.
• Visit the interior plants of the company on a regular basis to check whether the information assets are properly maintained.
• Dealing with Hardware and software vendors to identify, negotiate and procure optimum information assets to the company.
• Plan IT requirements, forecast IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Ensuring all time compliance with the IT policies and procedures.


• Assist the HOD Finance in managing IT operations and budgets.
• Assisting the accounts team in case of need as directed by the HOD Finance.
• Any other duties the HOD Finance may assign from time to time.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
