Job Overview

The primary point of contact for administrative and human resources matters in Saudi Arabia will be responsible for serving as the main liaison between corporate HR departments and local teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and support the HR function in Saudi Arabia.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR department to implement effective human resource strategies and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including employment contracts, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • Provide timely communication to stakeholders regarding HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Preference given to those with a master's degree or chartered qualifications in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC region. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in KSA handling HR & Admin roles is required.
  • Special Skills: Recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, experience with government formalities, employee relations management, and administrative task management.
