Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing outstanding service and expert guidance throughout the real estate process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers or tenants.
  • List new properties, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality marketing materials.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with client goals and company standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
