Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the surveying and mapping industry, with a focus on geophysical, aerial, and hydrography sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the surveying and mapping industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Client Management:
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the surveying and mapping industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is a must.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of geophysical, aerial, and hydrography surveying techniques.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and trends.
  • Experience in sales activities of survey projects and construction tenders.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
