At the forefront of a diverse range of projects, we seek an exceptional Project Director to spearhead a luxury 5-star resort renovation project in Muscat, Oman.

About the Role:
  • Lead end-to-end management of this high-profile project, ensuring seamless alignment with objectives and client expectations.
  • Supervise consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to guarantee timely delivery and optimal performance.
  • Monitor progress against milestones, implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays.
  • Manage budgets effectively, enforcing cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and drives results.

As Project Director, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, accompanied by 20 years of experience in design, construction, and project management.

A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Director for high-end hospitality projects in Oman/GCC is also required, along with demonstrated leadership in large-scale resort or 5-star hotel projects.
