Role Description

This role is for a Business Development Manager. Ioffers flexibility and can be structured as full-time, remote, on-site, or hybrid, depending on the candidate's experience and preference. Based in Muscat, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the firm's leadership to identify growth opportunities, manage client engagement, and implement business development strategies aligned with the firm's goals.

Qualifications


• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment


• Experience in Oman and other GCC market is preferred


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Strong business planning and analytical ability


• Proven success in managing BD projects and client growth initiatives


• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred


• Understanding of legal industry standards, client service, and regional business culture
