About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, business development and customer service. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and managing a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Implement the agreed sales and marketing plan in the branch, identify new business opportunities, develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to all clients, respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner, and build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities, and work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
