The position oversees the entire talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, learning and development, and performance management. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to design and deliver impactful training programs, attract and retain top talent, and align development initiatives with the company's culture and long-term goals
Responsibilities
1.Talent Development
- Develop and implement a company-wide talent management strategy.
- Identify high-potential employees and create personalized development and succession plans.
- Partner with leadership to build career path frameworks and internal mobility strategies.
- Lead talent reviews and workforce planning initiatives.
- Assess organizational learning needs and design targeted development programs.
- Implement leadership development initiatives and learning pathways.
- Design e-learning modules, workshops, and career development plans.
- Build strong partnerships with external training providers and consultants.
- Monitor and evaluate the results of training programs to ensure they're effective.
- Create standard learning plans for all employees that reflect the company's values and drive a performance-driven culture through the implementation of appraisal systems.
- Train managers on giving feedback, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews.
- Align performance management processes with business goals and employee development.
- Develop and manage employee engagement surveys and action plans.
- Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve morale and retention.
- Lead recognition and employee development programs.
- Support change management and culture transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the accuracy and timely updates of the T&D dashboard to support informed decision-making
2.Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans for all departments.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs based on workforce planning.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Optimize recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and agencies.
- Manage and supervise candidate sourcing strategies to attract qualified applicants using various channels.
- Oversee the accuracy and timely updates of the recruitment dashboard to support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate and enhance candidate assessment tools to improve the quality of hiring decisions.
- Representing the organization at key talent acquisition events and job fairs to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth and professional employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in talent development, recruitment, and training.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent strategies and learning initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus.
