Job Description:

As a strategic talent acquisition expert, you will design and implement our recruitment strategy to meet the company's evolving needs. Your role involves developing effective plans to attract and retain top talent across various industries.

  • Communicate with external partners to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Develop and maintain an E-Recruitment system to streamline the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalize and implement the annual manpower plan for each department.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field with 5-7 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of E-Recruitment systems and their implementation.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing strategies, both local and international.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
