This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator based in Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality events from concept to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring smooth and efficient event execution.

The role also requires strong communication and customer service skills to maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the Event Coordinator will support sales and marketing activities by promoting event services, contributing to proposals, and assisting with content creation and client engagement

Qualifications

  • 4 Years minimum of Event Planning and Event Management experience
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales skills & experience related to event coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in event coordination or management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in event management software is A plus
