
Associate – Corporate Planning

JOB PURPOSE
To contribute to the process of developing and formulating end-to-end activities of OIA's strategy, annual business plans and related progressing reporting in order to support the Authority's business growth and stability.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting various data & inputs for corporate performance monitoring systems such as balanced scorecard & dashboard to ensure compliance with the implementation of departmental policies and procedures within OIA and its companies, and that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
- Collect and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) for OIA and its entities and measure them against targets, analyze variances and assess the contingencies plan to ensure compliance with KPIs in addition to continuous improvement.
- Maintain the planning framework, tools and documentation to ensure alignment between all strategic planning processes across OIA group.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'leading best practices', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement to ensure constant communication and alignment between OIA's departments regarding the strategic objectives and business plans.
- Create and continuously update the manual of corporate performance monitoring system including the definitions and measurements to evaluate and update information accordingly.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards to OIA Board of Directors on the areas of corporate business planning and strategy to ensure accuracy of the information presented to the Sr. Manager – Corporate Planning & Strategy.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors as and when required to ensure high standards of confidentiality.
- Comply with the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
- Comply with all relevant health, safety, and quality requirements, in order to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'leading best practices', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any relevant field.
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA is preferable.
- 6 to 8 years of related experience.
