Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Placement Specialist located in Muscat. The Placement Specialist will be responsible for analyzing insurance policies and coverages, communicating effectively with clients and insurance carriers, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes training and recruiting new staff, maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating insurance policies and coverages.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on high client satisfaction.
  • Experience in training and recruiting staff.
