Culinary Leader

We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to spearhead our culinary operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field, and minimum 5-7 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily kitchen operations, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and special events.
  • Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences and maintain consistent standards.
  • Development of innovative, seasonal menus that align with hotel concept and guest expectations.
  • Maintenance of strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in compliance with local and corporate regulations.
  • Monitoring of food costs, kitchen labor, and inventory to ensure budgetary goals are met.
  • Collaboration with the Food and Beverage team on special promotions, events, and group menus.
  • Management of supplier relationships, food purchasing, and inventory systems to ensure high-quality and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Implementation of best practices in sustainability and kitchen efficiency.
  • Kitchen inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Handling of guest feedback and special dietary requests with professionalism and care.
