Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Muscat. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, developing menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, controlling costs, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen. The Head Chef will lead culinary efforts to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Extensive culinary skills including menu development, recipe creation, and food presentation
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Formal culinary education or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef is a plus
