Payment Systems Support:

a. Handling projects, CRs, and support production fixes on test systems, maintaining compliance changes for the Debit card system.

b. Conduct technical evaluations of existing and new initiatives related to Debit cards and ATM Acquiring to meet bank requirements without impacting system performance, providing recommendations.

c. Perform configuration and development on debit card applications using Postilion Switch.

d. Support regression testing, implementation, and perform technical certifications with Visa/MasterCard & CBO as applicable.

e. Act as a Technical Lead for assigned projects.

f. Contribute to projects and CRs with analysis and design recommendations.

g. Support performance testing, ISO testing, and other internal/external testing for the debit card system, including ATM acquiring.

h. Participate in business requirements and design phases of projects and CRs.

i. Hands-on experience with Postilion Application, capable of performing configuration changes and supporting ongoing projects impacting Postilion.

j. Establish and maintain operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.

k. Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes.

l. Coordinate with stakeholders for system upgrades and maintenance.

m. Act as escalation point for payment system incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures.

n. Develop and maintain root cause analysis documentation for swift resolution.

o. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience:

- 12+ years in application support, with 6+ years in Payment systems.

- Proven experience managing payment systems like Visa, MasterCard, and Payment Card Systems.

- Hands-on experience with Postilion Switch is essential.

- Strong knowledge of payment protocols, APIs, and integrations.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of payment regulations and compliance.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Soft Skills:

- Deep understanding of payment processing and technologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of major payment networks and banking systems.

- Familiarity with security protocols and risk management.
