Job Title: Senior Payment System Consultant Debit Card Systems with Postilion Switch

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payment System Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Debit Card Systems and Postilion Switch, as well as strong experience in managing payment systems such as Visa, MasterCard, and Payment Card Systems.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing payment systems.
  • Strong experience with Postilion Switch and banking domain knowledge.
  • Expertise in payment protocols, APIs, and integration technologies is essential.
  • Experience with Debit Card Systems, ATMs, Statement Printers, Kiosk Machines, and Instance Issuance within the Payment System domain.

This role combines business and technical skills, requiring an understanding of banking and finance. Responsibilities include managing projects, CRs, and supporting test systems related to Debit Card Systems, ATMs, Printers, Kiosks, and other connected systems under the Payment System domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain payment systems, handle projects, CRs, and production fixes, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of initiatives related to Debit Cards and ATM acquiring, providing recommendations.
  • Configure and develop on Postilion Switch, support regression testing, and perform technical certifications with Visa, MasterCard, and CBO.
  • Act as Technical Lead for assigned projects, providing analysis and implementation strategies.
  • Support performance testing, ISO testing, and other assessments for Debit Card Systems and ATM acquiring.
  • Participate in business requirements and design phases of projects and CRs.
  • Perform configuration changes in Postilion applications and support ongoing projects impacting Postilion.
  • Establish operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs; oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and teams for system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensure SLA compliance, and align support with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and banking regulations; oversee audit processes and documentation.
