Job Description
  1. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; CFA, ACCA certification preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in asset management or a similar role.
  3. Skills/Knowledge:
    • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and reporting.
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze asset data and provide insights.
    • Communication Skills: Proficient in Arabic and English, with strong Arabic reporting capabilities.
    • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
    • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and solutions.
  4. Responsibilities:
    1. Maintain accurate asset records throughout their lifecycle.
    2. Prepare and submit detailed asset management reports in Arabic and English.
    3. Monitor asset performance and support optimization strategies.
    4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and asset policies.
    5. Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate asset data.
    6. Write, edit, and proofread research reports, investment briefs, and white papers.
    7. Prepare high-quality reports in Arabic.
    8. Translate complex financial concepts into clear content for stakeholders.
    9. Assist in developing presentations and documentation for internal and external use.
