The RoleResponsibilities
  • Represent the company to the client, maintaining close communication with both parties.
  • Execute the delegated project, ensuring adherence to our work methodology and contract, leading the team and the client's team.
  • Identify and manage the project scope, break it into tasks of homogeneous granularity, assign according to skills, and input into the work tool.
  • Plan project tasks in iterations to meet deadlines, assuming a velocity per resource.
  • Monitor work pace and verify plan assumptions, reacting early to deviations within budget constraints.
  • Ensure activities stay within budget and scope, adhering to previous phases of the methodology.
  • Monitor the project payment plan and alert about risks of non-compliance or cash flow issues.
  • Periodically report project status to the client and Axxis using established formats.
  • Justify and negotiate changes, proposing viable alternative plans in terms of time, scope, and budget.
  • Train and guide the client on our methodology and project management, focusing on the triple constraint.
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Evaluation (desirable).
  • PMP or similar certification (desirable).
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Minimum 1 year managing software projects, and preferably insurance projects.
