The HSE Manager is responsible for leading and managing Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives to ensure full compliance with local and international regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
  2. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  3. Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
  4. Lead investigations of incidents and accidents; analyze root causes and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and standards, both local and international.
  6. Coordinate and lead emergency response planning, including drills and simulations.
  7. Maintain all HSE documentation, including policies, risk assessments, and incident logs.
  8. Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure continuous improvement across all departments.
  9. Work cross-functionally to embed HSE practices into daily operations.
  10. Prepare and present HSE reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to senior management.
  11. Stay current with industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory updates and integrate them into the company's HSE strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE management roles.
  2. At least 7 years of hands-on experience in road safety and land transport.
  3. Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  5. NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
  6. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation procedures.
  7. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  8. Ability to influence and drive a safety-first culture at all levels of the organization.
