We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team in Oman. As a key player in our digital journey, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency in the banking environment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Business Process Management (BPM) and digital transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design and implement process automation solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BPM strategies to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into clear functional specifications
  • Design and implement process automation solutions using BPM tools such as Camunda, Pega, or IBM BPM
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of digital platforms
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and solutions
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on banking domain
  • Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and digital transformation
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects in the banking sector
  • Expertise in BPM tools such as Camunda, Pega, IBM BPM, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of digital banking technologies such as mobile banking, online banking platforms, API integrations, and cloud solutions
