**Job Summary**

The Personal Assistant - Residences is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to residents and guests. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently with all departments.

  • Providing detailed information on services, such as dining reservations, travel arrangements, and entertainment tickets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guests' and residents' requests and work tasks.
  • Greeting guests, residents, and visitors in a polite, professional, and personable manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with services related to their apartments, including maintenance, reservations, and personal requests.
  • Covering Doorman duties when required.
  • Ensuring prompt and safe luggage and deliveries handling.
