We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Member to join our Residences team as a Concierge. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all resident and guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and activities, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with other departments to ensure effective execution.
- Assist with the coordination of events and activities, ensuring seamless logistics and a high level of quality.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
