Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Residences team as a Concierge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Assist residents and guests with various requests, including arranging transportation, making reservations, and providing general information about the area.
  2. Maintain accurate records of guest requests and activities, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with other departments to ensure effective execution.
  4. Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
