Maintenance Professional - Onshore Facility
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our onshore facilities through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in onshore facility maintenance and construction, with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in project management and team leadership.
