We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to lead our team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running a profitable retail store and will be responsible for managing and developing the team to achieve high levels of revenue, while maintaining brand image, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and maintain brand image.
  2. Monitor sales per square foot to optimise productivity and meet brand and store specifications.
  3. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations to enhance commercial opportunities.
  4. Drive sales growth, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement to meet and exceed sales targets.
  5. Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, leading by example, and effectively resolving customer complaints.
  6. Implement policies and procedures to minimise stock loss.
  7. Analyse stock management information to maximise sales opportunities.
  8. Provide regular reports to gain insights into current performance trends and identify commercial opportunities.
  9. Develop and implement effective sales promotions and brand activities through strategic planning and preparation.
  10. Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  11. Liaise with the operations team to conduct stock takes in-store.
  12. Adhere to company health and safety standards at all times.
  13. Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  14. Coach and motivate team members to enhance performance and produce high-quality work, and support their development for higher-level roles.
