This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Assistant role located in Muscat. The role involves tasks related to customer satisfaction, support, and service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Knowledge of facilities management or related field is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
